Training is an essential component of workplace HSE. It begins with orientation for all employees and contractors, and continues with updates and reviews through regularly scheduled meetings and refreshers. All employees are committed to achieving annual training, including general and job-specific HSE training.

In order to have a systematic and comprehensive approach to HSE, GGSL applies a Management System based on Oil and Gas Producers recommended practice.

Individual risk awareness and responsibility are essential elements of our HSE Management System. Our behavioral program We All Must Know” focuses on key safety behaviors and knowledge and is deployed across all activities and various languages. These rules are supported by clear procedures, a consequence management program and visible signage for work site.
